Coordinates loan closings with third-party vendors and customers, answers inquiries, assists with application scheduling and completion, documents issues, and tracks customer experiences through support tools, dashboards, logs, and CRM systems. Support capital markets operations through daily/weekly/monthly reporting, funds-flow reconciliation, payment waterfall administration, covenant monitoring, data quality stewardship, investor reporting, troubleshooting discrepancies, accounting support, and automation of capital-markets reports with engineering.

Manage complex mortgage account servicing related to flood and HOI insurance, account closures, payoffs, reconveyance, compliance (OFAC), manual payments, stakeholder outreach, and oversee Level 1 customer support.

Provides customer support for Aven card applicants and cardholders through Zendesk and other communication channels. Perform daily credit card transaction reconciliations and delinquency reporting; provide audit support; maintain employee bonus schedule and grant details; assist Head of Accounting with month-end close, card-related entries, supporting documentation, and monthly/quarterly investor reporting.

Manage lien and HELOC document review, filing with county/state recorders, maintain filing records, verify client documentation, communicate with external parties, assist with account closing documents and cross-department document requests, and stay current on lien/HELOC processes and best practices.
