Generates new corporate sponsorship, promotion, advertising, and ticket-package business while renewing and upselling existing clients. Develops proposals, presentations, and prospect lists; conducts sales outreach; manages client relationships and CRM records; meets sales goals; coordinates contract fulfillment with internal teams; and represents the organization at community and ballpark events.

Partner with FP&A, Legal, Operations, treasury, and external auditors on reporting, compliance, and special projects.

Support the Club COO, GM, corporate finance and HR with office operations including cash handling, invoicing, bank deposits, seasonal payroll onboarding/processing, I-9 compliance, vendor interactions, month-end close tasks, sales commission tracking, collections, sales tax reporting, and general administrative and game-day support.
