Provide technical leadership and enterprise architecture for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune. Define governance, ITSM/ITIL practices, develop advanced automations (PowerShell/Bash), lead complex projects, mentor admins, and serve as escalation for security, reliability, and cross-team incidents.

Manage learner accounts by posting payments and fees, coordinating tuition payments and refunds, updating the student information system and ledger, and supporting related projects to ensure account accuracy.

Advise learners and parents on financial aid processes, administer student financial aid office functions, evaluate eligibility for aid (including Title IV), provide accurate estimates and packaging, collaborate with colleagues, and support fund delivery and compliance through degree completion.

Serve as first point of contact for prospective learners, conduct inbound/outbound calls and interviews, guide applicants through Discover-Commit-Start Application, collect and review admission documentation for accreditation/compliance, maintain learner records in LMS, use CRM/SIS to track inquiries, provide daily activity reports, evaluate eLearn results, and participate in admissions meetings and projects.

Serve as first point of contact for prospective learners; manage inbound/outbound calls, schedule interviews, guide applicants through Discover-Commit-Start process, collect and verify admissions documentation, maintain learner records, review eLearn assessments, enter leads and track correspondence, and collaborate with teams to meet compliance and accreditation standards.

Create mission-aligned social content across major platforms, manage private Facebook community, monitor competitors, ensure compliance with accreditation and brand guidelines, support events, report on campaign performance, and assist the Director.

Manage full-cycle recruiting tasks: intake with hiring managers, create job ads, source candidates via LinkedIn/Indeed, screen applicants, schedule interviews, extend offers through ATS, initiate background/drug checks, provide requisition reports, and support TA projects.
