The Role
Manage full-cycle recruiting: partner with hiring managers, develop job ads, source candidates via Indeed/LinkedIn, screen and schedule interviews, extend offers through the ATS, initiate background/drug checks, provide requisition reports, and support talent acquisition projects.

  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system and/or HRIS
  • 2+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting preferred
