The Manager, College Curriculum Liaison is responsible for assessing curriculum programs, evaluating course and program outcomes, and providing consultation and support services in curriculum strategies and modalities. The incumbent will support the bridge between the College and Nightingale Innovations to inform the development and implementation of instructional strategies, course materials, assessment techniques, appropriate integration of instructional technologies, and best practices in academic and continuing education.

Collaborates with college leadership to ensure the delivery of curriculum aligns with curriculum design and meets program outcomes.

Collaborates cross-functionally to assist with faculty training, and ongoing development efforts to ensure that curriculum, learning activities and facilitation delivery align with curriculum design and support the course outcomes.

Uses established principles of measurement theory to assist in the development of valid and reliable instruments.

Leads and manages the curriculum committees to develop and continuously improve upon methods of measuring faculty input into the curriculum.

Participates in the development and ongoing review and update of the College’s academic policies to ensure the organization is meeting Department of Education (DoE) and accreditation requirements for distance education.

Serves as the curriculum liaison for accreditation.

Participates in the successful implementation of other functional projects as they arise.

A master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Nursing Education, or a related field is required, a PhD or EdD with education focused is preferred

A minimum of five years of experience in higher education, adult education, distance education, and blended learning is required

Demonstrated mastery of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required

Demonstrated a minimum of five years of project management and operational experience is strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to clearly and accurately communicate complex and technical information is required

Demonstrated experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and measure outcomes is required Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems is required, and experience with Instructure/Canvas is preferred
Skills Required
