Hiring Automotive Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, and Technicians for a high-volume dealership. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, pass an MVR check, and possess strong communication and customer-service skills.

Lead, train, motivate, and retain a high-performing dealership sales team; meet sales goals; manage deals through the full sales lifecycle; collaborate cross-functionally; ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Sell vehicles to English- and Spanish-speaking customers through the full purchase process: demonstrate features, conduct test drives, explain financing, follow up with prospects, build long-term relationships, collaborate with sales and finance teams, and meet individual sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Handle inbound/outbound customer contacts to support the sales team, deliver excellent customer service, schedule appointments, maintain organized records, and collaborate with dealership staff to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Sell new and used vehicles at a high-volume dealership, deliver exceptional customer service, guide customers through the sales process, meet performance goals, participate in training and team activities, work a five-day schedule with rotating Saturdays, and maintain required driving eligibility (valid license and MVR check).

Manage dealership finance and insurance operations: structure deals, secure lender approvals, sell F&I products (service contracts, GAP, credit life, A&H), present aftermarket warranties, convert cash to finance, ensure compliance, and collaborate with sales leadership to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Sell new and used vehicles, guide customers through the sales process, deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume dealership, meet performance goals, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Manage and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns for automotive dealerships using Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and reporting tools. Analyze performance (CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS), manage multiple accounts, perform bid management/ad serving, and present data-driven insights and reports to dealership leadership.

Lead and develop new and used vehicle sales teams, set and forecast aggressive monthly goals, hire/train/motivate staff, remove obstacles to success, and maintain high customer service standards to drive dealership revenue.

Handle inbound/outbound customer contacts and leads, qualify prospects, schedule appointments and service visits, support the sales team with follow-ups, and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.
