Beaman GMC, part of the award-winning Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated and career-driven Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant (English/Spanish) to join our growing team at Beaman GMC!

What You'll Do: 

  • Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchase process while delivering an exceptional customer experience. 

  • Build relationships with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers to understand their transportation needs and recommend appropriate vehicle solutions. 

  • Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain financing and ownership options. 

  • Follow up with prospective customers and maintain long-term customer relationships. 

  • Collaborate with sales management and finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 

  • Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to overall dealership success.

Qualifications 

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken) is required to effectively communicate with and assist customers. 

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). 

  • Previous automotive sales, retail sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. 

  • Proven ability to build rapport and deliver outstanding customer service. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
