Partner with customers to document workflows and requirements, design platform solutions, configure Salesforce and related tools, produce technical documentation and test plans, deliver training, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Manage a portfolio of customers through onboarding, adoption, renewals, and growth. Act as trusted advisor, drive retention and upsell, forecast renewal pipeline, mitigate at-risk accounts, and document activity in Gainsight while collaborating cross-functionally to maximize customer ROI and satisfaction.

Lead MarTech administration and reporting as the HubSpot owner, manage integrations with Salesforce and intent/data tools, maintain clean lead/account data, build dashboards, and drive campaign strategy and execution including triggered email programs, lead scoring, segmentation, and oversight of an offshore operations team.

Monitor security systems, perform vulnerability scans and penetration testing, analyze logs and incidents, respond to and remediate breaches, maintain firewalls/IDS/IPS and SIEM, develop security policies, collaborate with IT, and educate staff on security best practices.

Coordinate ordering and delivery of glass and materials for incomplete jobs, confirm supplier lead times, rebook jobs, keep customers updated, and ensure jobs close on time while managing high volumes and supplier relationships.

Prepare and export daily commercial schedules in traffic software (Aquira) for radio playout, ensure compliance with scheduling rules, reconcile previous playouts, and key campaign material instructions accurately. Monitor issues, meet KPIs for on-time exports and zero breaches, and support peak periods as needed.

Manage customer health and adoption across a book of BPO clients: drive onboarding, trainings, renewals, issue resolution, escalation, upsell/cross-sell, stakeholder mapping, and feature-request management while collaborating cross-functionally.

Lead discovery sessions, optimize customer use of the application platform via workflows, automation, and integrations. Produce configuration, technical documentation, unit test plans, and deliver training (telephonic and in-person). Collaborate with Product, Data Services, and Analytics; create deliverables on Riskonnect and secondary platforms (Adobe, Conga, Cognos, PowerBI, SAP, InRule, Crystal Reports). Manage priorities, escalation, stakeholder expectations, and customer status communications.

Conduct outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads for independent K-12 schools, booking qualified meetings and building pipeline. Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, collaborate with marketing and account executives, personalize outreach, monitor market trends, and meet monthly/quarterly activity and meeting targets.

Provide back-office support by managing shared inboxes, performing accurate data entry in accounting systems (Xero/Simpro), reconciling statements, tracking tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining organized records and compliance.
