Designs, implements, and monitors training programs for regional and field sales leaders and teams. Performs training needs analysis, creates induction and functional modules, delivers classroom and on-the-job coaching, coordinates with Airtel trainers, supervises content development, measures training effectiveness against sales KPIs, and submits quarterly reports.

Leads large-scale financial inclusion and women’s economic empowerment projects by coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholders, overseeing VSLA/CMG interventions, monitoring performance, managing risks, ensuring quality delivery, and directing project reporting and implementation.

Executes recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate tracking, background checks, and recruitment reporting. Coordinates onboarding and offboarding, maintains personnel files and HRIS data, manages employee attendance and leave records, and submits payroll-related attendance information. Supports compliance, employee communication, and coordination across departments.

Manages performance evaluations, KPI documentation, PIPs, promotion reviews, talent succession processes, disciplinary investigations, and terminations. Ensures compliance with Tanzanian labour laws and company procedures, prepares evidence for labour disputes, maintains performance and disciplinary records, trains supervisors, and coordinates with HR, recruitment, training, compensation, and legal stakeholders.

Acquire and onboard new merchants within an assigned territory, drive revenue and transaction growth, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain merchant relationships. Responsibilities include consultative selling, CRM usage, onboarding and KYC support, upselling, retention, reporting, market research, competitor monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
