Lead marketing and sales to maximize occupancy for an independent/assisted living community. Manage marketing plans, lead tracking, outreach, events, advertising, social media, budgets, compliance, and resident transition support while representing the community externally.

Part-time reception and security role responsible for greeting visitors, monitoring facility security, answering calls, and performing light administrative tasks. Position works Friday and Saturday nights and supports resident and visitor safety and front-desk operations.
