Provide front-desk and administrative support: answer phones, greet visitors, process mail/donations, manage files and schedules using Outlook, prepare routine correspondence, set up meetings/AV/catering, manage multi-step administrative projects, operate basic office equipment, and maintain confidentiality.

Support general accounting for affiliates: prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, process month- and year-end closings, handle cash transactions, generate financial statements, assist audits, produce ad-hoc reports, and maintain financial system integrity and GAAP compliance.
