Provide administrative and operational support including calendar and travel management, expense reporting, customer visit planning, data analysis for customer insights, preparing presentations, organizing regional meetings, and tracking project milestones to ensure timely follow-ups and support business expansion.

Own and drive the Variosystems Intelligence platform roadmap, translate customer and internal needs into features and backlogs, manage platform projects and rollouts, shape AI-automated services for costing/quotation/lifecycle/compliance, support adoption and training, collaborate with engineering, sourcing, CS, IT and customers, and track performance and feedback to continuously improve the platform.

Support IT staff by discovering and documenting network infrastructure using DocuSnap; create and maintain network diagrams and asset inventories; assist audits, report findings, flag issues, and help with basic troubleshooting and standardizing documentation.

Design mixed-signal electronics and multi-layer PCBs: create schematics, define stack-up and PCB layout, perform board bring-up, testing, characterization, and debug; perform power and signal integrity analysis; lead technical discussions with customer engineering teams.
