Job Description- Contribute to the planning and execution of customer experience for customer visits with internal and external stakeholders, providing research, coordination, and follow-up support to short-list potential customers.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting as a go-between for the APAC and HR team, handles administrative paperwork, corporate and/or festive gifts arrangements, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer developments to support business reporting, prepare high-quality presentations and documentation, and support the expansion of business opportunities.
- Organize and support regional meetings (e.g., regional management meetings), including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and action items across key initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in business administration or operations support.
- Strong understanding of business processes, administrative workflows, documentation, and customer/partner coordination.
- Strong interest in business analytics, customer engagement, and administrative coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
