Manage planning, design, and construction activities for small-to-medium capital projects, overseeing cost, schedule, quality, contract administration, client relations, and project close-out. Perform on-site inspections, prepare cost estimates and reports, coordinate permits and contractor billing, and support business development as needed.

Manage telecom A&E projects and client expectations from scope definition through deliverables. Coordinate vendors and production managers, control schedule, budget, and compliance, provide timelines and forecasts, perform design visits, and approve final deliverables while developing tools, templates, and team capabilities.

Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated, logic-driven schedules for large capital and infrastructure construction programs. Cost- and resource-load schedules, establish baselines, perform variance and critical-path analyses, review contractor schedules, track permitting/commissioning milestones, and provide actionable schedule reports and mitigation recommendations.

Support consulting engagements by analyzing data, building Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate/Pages), integrating web services, producing reports and user stories, and presenting findings to clients and stakeholders.

Manage and review Metrolink prime and subconsultant contracts for compliance. Verify direct labor rates, audited overhead rates, and escalation limits (max 3%). Document findings, approve or reject non-compliant submissions, and coordinate with subconsultants and stakeholders during contract review.
