Manage fabrication projects from scope and estimating through production and delivery. Create accurate cost proposals, review drawings/specs, coordinate shop workflows, resolve fabrication issues, track costs and schedule, and drive process improvements to increase quoting accuracy and build efficiency.

Drive new revenue through proactive direct sales, account qualification, cold calling, lead follow-up, CRM documentation, cross-team coordination, customer training, and relationship management for industrial hygienic equipment.

Serve as primary customer contact via phone and email, prepare and manage quotes and orders in ERP, proactively manage order delivery and accuracy, escalate issues early, collaborate with sales/vendors/internal teams, handle complex or non-standard requests, and mentor or act as a product/process resource for the team.

Handle customer-facing inside sales support: manage quotes, orders, pricing, availability, and basic technical assistance via phone and email. Use ERP systems to process orders, proactively track deliveries, communicate issues, and collaborate with sales, vendors, and internal teams.

Manage food-process piping projects end-to-end: scope, design, bidding, costing, field support, contractor coordination, AutoCAD/P&ID drawings, MS Project schedules, CRM updates, and project cost/schedule control across multiple plant sites.

Process basic orders, enter and maintain order/customer/account data in ERP and CRM, file documents in DMS, respond to inquiries professionally, enter RMAs and escalate issues. This is a training role intended to progress to an Inside Sales Representative within 6–18 months.

Provide technical application support for pumps and hygienic process equipment, interpret P&IDs and process requirements, size and specify equipment, prepare and review complex quotes and BOMs, manage ERP data and order accuracy, support projects and mentor junior engineers, and contribute to process improvements and training.

Serve as primary customer contact via phone/email, prepare and manage quotes/orders in ERP, proactively track open orders, coordinate with sales/vendors/internal teams, and handle complex or non-standard requests to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

Coordinate end-to-end job lifecycle for installation and field service: order entry, job setup, materials procurement and expediting, scheduling, invoice processing, time entry, vendor/customer account setup, travel arrangements, safety training compliance, inventory, and job closeout while supporting project managers and field staff.
