Lead technical engineering for datacenter physical designs, focusing on QA/QC, training junior staff, writing technical procedures, and delivering physical designs for substations and BESS. Manage invoicing and project financials for a portfolio of projects: set up projects in ERP, ensure ASC 606 revenue recognition, reconcile costs and timesheets, handle client billing inquiries, assist audits, and support project managers on financial matters.

Perform engineering design and analysis of electrical substations and BESS facilities. Lead QA/QC, train junior staff, write technical documents, manage phase-level project scope/budget, produce drawings/specifications and calculations, review submittals, mentor team members, perform occasional field inspections, and manage deliverables to clients.
