Own the full sales cycle to drive revenue: prospect and close new business, manage key accounts, handle client escalations, run quarterly reviews, partner with operations, coach juniors, track KPIs, and deliver reliable service across loads.

Prospect and win new freight brokerage customers via outbound outreach, build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, negotiate pricing, onboard customers, and collaborate with operations to ensure successful freight execution while meeting sales KPIs and revenue goals.

Sell 3PL logistics services by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts. Prospect via cold calls and research tools, conduct quarterly reviews, collaborate with operations teams, coach teammates, monitor KPIs, and ensure service excellence to meet load count, gross profit, and CRM targets.

Lead strategic business growth for a freight brokerage by prospecting and closing shippers and carriers, managing key accounts, developing customized freight strategies, analyzing market trends, negotiating rates and contracts, collaborating with operations, mentoring junior staff, and tracking performance to drive revenue expansion.
