Provide Japanese<>English technical interpretation and translation for production engineering and general administration. Support meetings, customer/supplier visits, documentation, training activities (Aisin Technical Academy), and cross-department communication while maintaining safety, HR, and security compliance.

Perform AP/AR research and support, daily cash and bank reconciliations, month/quarter-end close activities (journal entries, GL posting, reconciliations), intercompany reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis, audit support, expense report auditing, tax and insurance support, and Kaizen process improvements.

Design, upgrade, and troubleshoot electrical and controls systems for manufacturing equipment. Develop wiring drawings, BOMs, panels per NFPA/UL codes, PLC/HMI programs, and engineering reports. Lead installation, testing, and cross-functional projects, support technicians, and maintain documentation and schedules to improve automation and reduce labor.

Lead new product/process introductions and ramp-up on the manufacturing floor: define and validate assembly/molding/welding/testing processes, troubleshoot yield and downtime, perform root-cause analysis, run capability studies, create documentation and process specs, coordinate suppliers and equipment layouts, control CAPEX, and train production/maintenance teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Process customer remittances, post and reconcile cash receipts, research unpaid items, create and send statements, review aging, issue intercompany debits/credits, offset invoices/credits, submit invoices via customer portals, and support A/R management.

Provide HR generalist support focused on employee relations, communication, engagement, and compliance. Advise managers and Team Members on policies and leave programs (FMLA/LOA/STD/LTD), deliver training and resources, investigate and resolve workplace issues, develop engagement initiatives, maintain confidentiality, and partner with HR leadership on organizational effectiveness and culture.

Coordinate and monitor the organization’s carbon neutrality program by maintaining project inventories and schedules, tracking GHG performance and metrics, preparing executive dashboards and reports, managing risks and dependencies, facilitating cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and supporting strategic planning and continuous improvement of sustainability initiatives.
