Process customer remittances, post and reconcile cash receipts, research unpaid items, create and send statements, review aging, issue intercompany debits/credits, offset invoices/credits, submit invoices via customer portals, and support A/R management.

Design, specify, and implement manufacturing processes and tooling. Analyze blueprints, develop control plans and PFMEAs, support pre-production trials, troubleshoot floor issues, train staff, and manage procurement and CAPEX for production lines.

Requires bilingual communication and periodic international travel.

Manage general accounting, cost accounting, and production cost management for a manufacturing site. Oversee month- and year-end close, financial reporting, inventory and fixed asset accounting, budgeting, variance analysis, internal controls, audits, and lead a team to drive cost control and process improvements while reporting to corporate leadership.
