Develops and maintains B2B customer relationships for NAPA auto parts and programs. Develops and maintains automated solutions for pricing, product management, and master data processes. Builds scripts for supplier price lists and mass updates, implements data-quality controls, and creates Power BI dashboards and KPIs. Collaborates with Pricing, Master Data, Product Management, and IT teams, documents and supports solutions, identifies automation opportunities, and trains internal users.
