Lead mechanical tender cost estimating and technical office duties for HVAC, BMS, plumbing and fire protection: review designs, perform load and sizing calculations, prepare BOQs, RFIs, technical submittals, procure requisitions, and maintain cost databases for EPC projects.

Prepare and maintain project budgets, CBS/WBS, and EVM analyses. Track actuals, forecast manhours and costs, support claims/variations, produce cost reports, liaise with stakeholders and support billing and close-out.

Review E&I tender documents (ITT, specs, drawings), define scope and technical risks, prepare clarifications and queries, develop detailed cost estimates and unit rate build-ups, support technical and commercial tender submissions, and maintain estimation records and cost databases for oil & gas EPC projects.

Manage procurement of technical goods and services for an EPC project: prepare inquiries, source suppliers, evaluate quotes, negotiate, coordinate deliveries, monitor suppliers and logistics, ensure compliance with IMS procedures, support tendering, assess vendors, and manage multiple procurement packages to meet schedules and quality standards.

Lead and supervise telecom engineering design for Oil & Gas EPC projects, review and approve deliverables for voice, data, fiber, DAS, Wi‑Fi, CCTV and access control, ensure ADNOC and international code compliance, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, participate in design reviews/site surveys/vendor evaluations, and mentor junior engineers to deliver quality telecom designs on schedule.

Develop and maintain interface management plans; coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and vendors; run interface meetings; track interface deliverables, milestones, and dependencies; review drawings for compliance; liaise with ADNOC for site visits and NOC application coordination; integrate interface activities into schedules and budgets; support lessons learned.

Manage sourcing and tendering for assigned packages: identify bidders, issue ITBs, coordinate supplier pre-assessments, collect and evaluate bids (commercial, schedule, technical), maintain tender plans, lead supplier clarifications, perform price benchmarking and make recommendations for technically acceptable offers.

Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress against baselines, perform earned value and cost analyses, support forecasting, risk/change management, and prepare performance reports and executive presentations while coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams.

Support corporate treasury operations including renewal of bilateral banking facilities, processing and recording trade finance, cash and payment transactions, monitoring LCs/LGs, managing surety bonds, advising on trade finance and subcontractor guarantees, and liaising with Tendering, Legal, Procurement and Finance teams.

Design and review marine infrastructure (ports, breakwaters, quay walls, intake/outfall systems, underwater pipelines). Perform metocean, wave, hydrodynamic, mooring and port-layout studies using specialized software. Prepare reports, calculations, drawings and specs; coordinate multidisciplinary teams, review subcontractor deliverables, support construction, and ensure compliance with international codes and quality procedures.
