Develop and maintain interface management plans; coordinate with project managers, engineering teams, contractors, and vendors; run interface meetings; track interface deliverables, milestones, and dependencies; review drawings for compliance; liaise with ADNOC for site visits and NOC application coordination; integrate interface activities into schedules and budgets; support lessons learned.

Coordinate HSE activities across corporate, country, and project levels; support corporate HSE; maintain reporting and documentation; perform audits, site visits, and compliance assessments; develop HSE plans and emergency procedures; investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions to ensure ISO 45001/14001 compliance.

Support the HSE Manager by implementing the company's IMS, delivering inductions and toolbox talks, conducting inspections and audits, investigating accidents/incidents/near misses, tracking and closing corrective actions, advising on hazards, and supporting HSE reporting for onshore or offshore O&G project work.

Monitor and enforce project construction contracts, prepare contractual and legal documents, review supplier/subcontractor proposals, manage claims and disputes, coordinate litigation/arbitration input, maintain contractual records, and advise Project Management on contractual compliance and resolution.

Manage procurement of technical goods and services for an EPC project: prepare inquiries, source suppliers, evaluate quotes, negotiate, coordinate deliveries, monitor suppliers and logistics, ensure compliance with IMS procedures, support tendering, assess vendors, and manage multiple procurement packages to meet schedules and quality standards.
