Manage dedicated transportation operations for assigned accounts including driver support, load planning, dispatch, billing, compliance, and customer communication. Coach drivers and staff, optimize fleet utilization, resolve service issues, monitor maintenance and performance, negotiate rates, and support account growth and profitability while ensuring DOT/OSHA safety and regulatory compliance.

Manage dedicated customer accounts and fleet operations including dispatching, scheduling, documentation (BOLs, trip sheets), driver leadership and retention, load planning, utilization and profitability strategies, customer relationship development, and proactive shipment issue resolution.

Manage freight opportunities by sourcing carriers, negotiating rates, and maintaining carrier/customer relationships. Provide proactive customer service, ensure TMS data accuracy, monitor market conditions, collaborate with internal teams, and support shipment lifecycle execution for truckload, drayage, and LTL transportation.
