Grant-funded TSRP position providing statewide legal and technical assistance on impaired driving prosecutions: draft reports and budgets, develop and present DUI training, maintain resources, offer in-court assistance, coordinate with FDOT and national partners, and travel to support State Attorney offices.

Provide advanced clerical and front-desk support for the Advising Department, assisting prospective and current students, processing forms, maintaining databases and materials, scheduling, answering calls and emails, supporting events and trainings, and performing other administrative duties as assigned.

Manage Rebuild Florida grant activities including planning, development, implementation, outreach to employers/community partners, participant enrollment in Workday and Florida DOE systems, tracking and reporting grant deliverables, assisting curriculum development, and executing outreach/marketing campaigns to drive enrollments.

Design and develop online and hybrid courses in collaboration with faculty; create learning objects and multimedia; support accessibility and universal design; provide faculty training, workshops, and consultations; manage distance-learning projects and evaluate instructional technologies to improve online teaching and learning.

Coordinate prevention services operations for the Department of Juvenile Justice: review Central Communications Center incidents, assess provider deficiencies in PMM, recommend and assist with corrective actions, liaise with providers and the Office of Inspector General, provide technical assistance, training, and program development support, and perform related duties. Requires flexible schedule including some weekends and evenings.

Full-time, in-person faculty role teaching a variety of accounting/business courses on Tallahassee Main Campus. Responsibilities include classroom instruction (primarily daytime), student retention and learning assessment, service, and participation in professional development. Some evening classes may be required.

Provide front-line enrollment and student financial services support via phone, email, text, live chat and ticketing. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, enter and manage records in Workday, assist with applications, registration, appointments and technical issues, resolve problems, de-escalate upset callers, and train or oversee junior staff when needed.

Manage and monitor federally funded traffic safety sub-grants, ensuring compliance, evaluating program effectiveness, allocating resources, and supporting development of the Highway Safety Plan. Provide consultation to sub-recipients, conduct onsite/offsite monitoring, review reimbursements for regulatory compliance, maintain program records, represent FDOT in task forces, and support data-driven program planning and reporting.

Coordinate and manage the Compass 100-Hour Transition Skills Program across Region 2 correctional facilities: recruit and support staff, compile program participation and performance data, train facilitators, standardize reporting, and coordinate equipment and supplies.
