Manage all aspects of the dealership's used vehicle department: sourcing inventory, pricing, reconditioning, merchandising, and marketing. Train and coach the used-vehicle sales team, support deal negotiations, monitor inventory aging, and collaborate with finance, service, and sales to maximize sales, profit, and inventory turn.
