Position Summary:The Finance Manager plays a key role in finalizing the car-buying experience by helping customers secure financing and protection options that fit their needs. This role requires a results-oriented professional who values integrity, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the sales team and lenders to ensure every deal is handled efficiently, compliantly, and with the level of care Haldeman Auto Group is known for.
What You’ll Do:Present financing options, service contracts, and protection products in a transparent and customer-first manner.
Secure financing through our network of trusted lenders and negotiate competitive terms.
Review and verify the accuracy of all financial and legal documents before delivery.
Ensure all transactions meet dealership, manufacturer, and federal/state compliance standards.
Collaborate with sales managers and product specialists to structure deals that meet customer and dealership goals.
Submit deals promptly and follow through with lenders to ensure timely funding.
Maintain positive relationships with financial institutions and vendor partners.
Train and support the sales team in understanding finance programs and product benefits.
Track performance metrics, including PVR and product penetration, to support continuous growth.
2+ years of automotive finance or dealership management experience preferred.
Proven success in achieving finance goals with integrity and transparency.
Working knowledge of dealership software such as Dealertrack, RouteOne, or CDK.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
