Greet and assist customers, assess needs and recommend vehicles, conduct test drives, explain features and financing, follow up leads, maintain CRM records, and meet monthly sales targets while building customer relationships.

Respond to incoming leads and customer inquiries via phone, text, and email; schedule sales appointments; maintain CRM records; follow up to generate showroom traffic and sales opportunities; provide excellent customer service; learn dealership sales processes and product knowledge with a path to Sales Consultant.
