Manages customer invoices, payments, credit memos, account reconciliations, aging reports, collections follow-up, and billing issue resolution. Supports cash flow improvement, month-end and year-end close, audits, compliance, KPI reporting, and process optimization. Collaborates with Sales and Customer Service while maintaining accurate financial records and providing professional customer communication in English and Spanish.
