Lead the SAP SD key-user team and deliver daily operational support for Sales Operations and Customer Logistics. Analyze and visualize sales, pricing, and logistics data (SAP, Polaris, Salesforce, DBX) using Power BI and Excel. Lead development and rollout of digital tools, automation (RPA/UiPath) and AI use-case identification, provide ad-hoc analyses and market intelligence, and collaborate with Controlling and IT to improve reporting, infrastructure, and process efficiency across BA IEMEA.

Perform invoice postings and general ledger entries, manage fixed assets accounting, conduct reconciliations, support period-end closings, prepare statutory filings (ECD, ECF, EFD), assist audits, and implement process improvements and internal controls.

Manage sales operations for the Energy vertical: coordinate quote-to-order and order-to-cash processes, handle customer master data, administer contracts, support CRM/tool standardization, engage customers to improve the customer journey, and uphold quality guidelines to drive commercial excellence.

Manage key accounts in East & North regions: achieve sales and margin targets, prepare quotations, collect payments, perform competition analysis, identify new customers, coordinate cross-functionally, provide superior customer support, conduct techno-commercial negotiations, secure orders, and obtain customer approvals for technical data sheets, QAP and production clearance.

Define, analyze, and optimize conveyor belt solutions for APAC industrial applications. Act as technical interface between customers, sales, and global engineering to translate requirements into data-driven designs, support segment strategies, and own technical decisions impacting performance, reliability, and total cost of ownership.

Lead IT implementation projects for Integrity & Law applications, deliver projects on time and budget, manage application operations and lifecycle, ensure IT governance and compliance, mitigate risks, coordinate internal and external partners, and build stakeholder relationships to deliver fit-for-purpose IT solutions.
