Serve as the business-facing SAP S/4HANA SD expert and process owner for Order-to-Cash. Lead local SD implementation workstreams, translate business requirements to SAP specs, support testing, data validation, training, and continuous process improvement across sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and integrations.

Lead end-to-end local SAP S/4HANA implementations: plan, govern, manage cross-functional workstreams, stakeholders, risks, testing, training, cutover, go-live stabilization, and post-production support.

Manage procurement and raw-materials for merchandised products: create tactical procurement plans, control inventory and replenishment, mitigate supply risks, lead supplier switches and recovery plans, coordinate with purchasing and plants, and run SCM projects to ensure availability and process consistency.

Coordinate and drive SAP S/4HANA PP module rollout activities at plant locations: manage kick-offs, fit-to-template, system tests, data migration, cutover planning, JIRA-driven IT development, train local key users, and support post-GoLive and stakeholder communication.

Manage product strategy and portfolio for Conveying Solutions across lifecycle and profitability. Define product requirements, lead product master data (PIM), identify market trends and value-selling opportunities, support business cases, and drive roadmap execution with global teams, including domestic and international travel.

Design and architect SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions across ContiTech. Lead integration, master data and authorization concepts, coordinate interfaces and vendors, define change management and testing, and support business stakeholders during implementation and rollout.

Develop new and existing sales opportunities across EMEA for commercial vehicle and passenger car markets from first contact to SOP. Negotiate and close contracts, create market screening and strategic plans to drive DSS/PTS business, and coordinate product-to-market processes.

Lead and improve the ISMS and cybersecurity governance: define policies, manage rule lifecycle, perform assessments, measure rule adherence, track and prioritize cyber risks, handle security exceptions, support external security posture and audits, and work with stakeholders to integrate cyber risk into IT service processes.

Lead global sourcing strategy for conveyor belt reinforcement materials: evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage demand bundling, oversee supply continuity, drive cost-out and improvement projects, and coordinate forecasting and procurement with production, R&D, and quality functions.

Lead regional purchasing activities: negotiate contracts, secure deliveries, manage suppliers, identify savings and synergies, drive improvements, and coordinate with SCM, SD, R&D and Quality. Support market communication and provide trend/background information to global lead buyers.
