Your tasks
- Development and implementation of the product strategy for your dedicated product groups of Conveying Solutions (ContiTech BA Industrial Solutions EMEA)
- Product portfolio management under lifecycle and profitability aspects (launch, in-market-phase, end-of-Life, setting of strategic price points, create product training materials, product business performance)
- Driving the organization to implement the product portfolio and roadmap in the most profitable way
- Identifying and developing current and future value-selling opportunities
- Management of Product Master Data for product information management (PIM), product hierarchy and input for marketing activities (e.g. catalogues, trainings)
- Identifying and analyzing specific markets, trends and evolving customer needs
- Support the creation, decision-making and execution of business cases for new business opportunities
- Definition of product requirements for customers and internal interfaces
Your profile
- Academic degree in Economics, Economical Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a B2B environment in at least one of the following functional areas: Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Product Development/Application Engineering or Project Management
- Experienced in industrial products, especially in the rubber area
- Proven project management and project leadership experience
- Business fluent English language skills (written & spoken)
- Proven ability to successfully work in highly diverse global teams
- Good organizational, teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Excellent multicultural communication and networking skills
- Willingness for domestic and international business travels
Skills Required
