Lead and execute the EMEA rail sales strategy, drive growth and profitability, manage key OEM and end-user accounts, align cross-functional support, monitor forecasts and performance, coach the sales team, and maintain senior customer relationships and escalations.

Plan, coordinate and track manufacturing engineering activities and investments across BA IEMEA. Support investment budgeting, specification approvals, project prioritization using financial criteria, define and implement equipment and sector standards, train plant engineers, and monitor production equipment performance.

Lead and advise global business partner due diligence and code-of-conduct programs. Maintain BPDD framework, review/approve risk assessments, optimize BPDD tools, deliver training, report to senior stakeholders, and support compliance initiatives and policy development.

Execute and document product tests, develop and assess test methods, support and maintain test benches and infrastructure, perform calibrations and repairs, present results to customers, participate in cost-reduction and safety improvement projects, and support the product testing team lead.

Develop and grow industrial distributor and end-user business across Alabama and Tennessee. Promote engineered products via distributor network, train customers, inspect conveyor and plant equipment, attend trade shows, use CRM and sales tools to achieve revenue and profitability targets, and travel overnight ~50% of the time.

Provide EMEA-wide data protection legal advice and support: develop group-wide data compliance standards, review RoPA and DPAs, advise on cross-border transfers, handle incidents and audits, deliver training, monitor laws, and support related projects and digitization.

Develop and manage surface designs (colors, grains, prints) for automotive and LivTec customers in the Americas. Lead design projects through the product life cycle, present designs to customers and suppliers, track trials and approvals, support strategic customer acquisition, and perform market/trend research. Collaborate cross-functionally and report status to stakeholders. Travel to suppliers, shows, and customers as needed.
