As a Senior IT Consultant – Privileged Access Management (PAM), you take ownership of the company's PAM services and identity security capabilities. You ensure secure, stable, compliant, and efficient operations while driving strategic improvements, automation, and modernization initiatives. Working closely with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Application teams, and external partners, you continuously strengthen the organization's security posture.

• End-to-end service ownership for PAM solutions and related privileged access services.
• Drive standardization, harmonization, automation, and modernization initiatives across the PAM landscape.
• Ensure secure, stable, compliant, and cost-efficient operation of PAM services.
• Provide senior-level input to solution designs and PAM-related architectural decisions.
• Lead implementation of least-privilege, Zero Trust, and privileged access governance principles.
• Manage complex incidents, problems, changes, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Steer and challenge external service providers across L1-L3 operations and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with Security, IAM, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams on secure access solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business and security requirements into scalable PAM solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies, market trends, and product capabilities to continuously improve the PAM environment.

• Strong experience with Privileged Access Management and Identity Security solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with PAM platforms such as BeyondTrust (preferably),  CyberArk, One Identity Safeguard, or comparable solutions.
• Proven experience leading PAM-related projects and service improvements.
• Good understanding of privileged account lifecycle management, credential vaulting, session management, and least-privilege concepts.
• Experience integrating PAM solutions with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, service ownership, and operational governance.
• Experience managing and steering external service providers across L1-L3 support models.
• Ability to translate business and security requirements into technical solutions and strategic improvements.
• Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on security, automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
