Lead design and continuous improvement of business processes across the KVI Group, ensuring compliance with the KVI Process Management System and ISO standards. Partner with Global Process Owners, deliver training, run internal audits, drive root-cause problem solving, monitor process maturity and KPIs, and support Master Data Management and data governance initiatives.

Monitor and forecast project costs, analyse variances, manage local project finances, support revenue recognition and margin control, and review/approve subcontractor invoices while collaborating with HQ and site stakeholders.

Lead execution of the CO2 compressor scope including defining work packages, writing specifications and RFQs, selecting and managing suppliers, and ensuring regulatory and interface compliance. Coordinate basic engineering and plant integration with multiple disciplines, review and approve supplier documents, and support construction and commissioning. Travel to suppliers or sites approximately 10–20%.

Support process engineering for waste-to-energy plants: create and update P&ID diagrams, specify measurement technology, produce operating manuals, maintain safety guidelines, and assist site teams during commissioning.

Lead design, configuration, rollout, and support of the Accounting & Controlling domain in IFS Cloud. Perform fit/gap analysis, coordinate data migration, test and run UAT, train users, provide second-level support, and ensure tax and finance requirements are met across global deployments.

Lead the Group-wide collaboration and low-code Power Platform strategy, owning Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange) and Power Apps/Automate/BI. Ensure secure, reliable service delivery, governance, adoption, and citizen development while enabling automation and analytics. Manage a multidisciplinary team, budgets, vendors, and communicate roadmap and value to senior stakeholders.

Develop, maintain and commission Siemens-based PLC and HMI applications (TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC). Configure industrial networks and PCs, review technical specs, perform FAT and onsite/remote commissioning, collaborate with R&D and Service, and provide global support including up to 20% travel and standby duties.
