Job Description- Develop, maintain, and enhance in-house applications and interfaces integrated with ERP, Data Warehouse, and other business systems.
- Gather requirements from business users and translate them into new tools, applications, and features.
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve existing applications.
- Create documentation and deliver training to ensure effective adoption of developed solutions.
- Drive application efficiency, user satisfaction, and compliance with HSE standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science with 5+ years of software development experience.
- Strong full-stack web development skills using PHP (Laravel), Python (Flask), JavaScript/TypeScript (React), SQL, and Git.
- Experience with Azure and Docker; knowledge of C#/.NET, Apache, MS SQL Server, and Azure DevOps is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, manage projects end-to-end, and collaborate across teams.
- Fluent English; experience in large international organizations, engineering/energy industries, Requirements Engineering, and German language skills are a plus.

Compensation
Basic wage component (gross): 3200 EUR/month
This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
