Partners with People and Culture centers of excellence, Finance, Legal, and business units to develop people strategies, resolve workplace matters, improve organizational effectiveness, and support transformations including acquisitions and restructures. Uses workforce data and Microsoft Copilot to inform decisions and improve execution.

Develop and lead content marketing strategies and executions for client campaigns, including audience planning, customer journeys, content distribution, and performance measurement. Serve as a content marketing consultant, collaborate with strategy, CX, martech, and business intelligence teams, and lead the agency’s owned, earned, and paid content efforts. Mentor social media staff and coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal resources.

Welcomes clients, guests, and employees; answers and directs phone calls; manages conference room scheduling; processes incoming and outgoing FedEx packages; stocks and organizes office supplies and shared spaces; assists with office machines, meetings, catering setup, and cleanup. Requires full-time weekday availability, multitasking, organization, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Manages wealth-platform account data, including account tagging, team and household assignments, data accuracy reviews, system transfers, and reporting. Supports advisors, clients, and business partners by resolving account and transaction issues, including escalated requests. Monitors customer satisfaction through weekly reporting and maintains data integrity across Black Diamond, CRM, and related systems.

Serve as the operational liaison between sales strategy and compliance. Manage full lifecycle of agent and agency contract changes, onboard large agency contracts, administer compliance documentation, coordinate agent-to-agent book-of-business transfers, analyze policy transfer eligibility, track commission-related changes, and collaborate with internal sales teams and external partners to ensure accurate, compliant operational execution.
