Lead efforts to grow Indexed Universal Life (IUL) sales by building infrastructure, recruiting direct agents to HFG, and driving increased revenue from the IUL product line.

Manage incoming life insurance applications and documentation: triage team inbox, enter data into company systems, file and pre-populate applications, verify agent licensing, mail policies, and support process improvements and special projects.

Provide office support by receiving, reviewing, entering, and submitting insurance applications. Verify data accuracy, resolve discrepancies with agents and carriers, perform quality control, coach new team members, maintain records, and communicate process issues to management.

Recruit and qualify financial advisors into the organization using detailed marketing plans. Manage lead pipeline and CRM, discuss Quantum financial products, document follow-up, and coordinate calls and webinars with wholesalers and advisors.

Support sales team and financial advisors by coordinating life, disability, LTC, and annuity business. Generate illustrations/quotes, respond to agents/brokers, manage CRM entries, interpret underwriting requirements, fulfill literature requests, and maintain carrier and compliance knowledge to expedite submissions.

Own and optimize the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay lifecycle by standardizing processes, driving operational efficiency, managing stakeholders, delivering training, controlling off-channel spend, creating supplier scorecards and KPI reporting, and ensuring governance and compliance to deliver measurable efficiency and value from supplier relationships.

Manage annuity and life product offerings and new product development across distribution channels. Perform competitive analysis, data validation and synthesis, project management for product launches, and coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, actuarial, and carrier partners to ensure accurate product documentation and implementation.
