Manage operational success and relationships for 200+ partners: onboard, activate, engage, track performance, coordinate partner communications, resolve issues cross-functionally, and improve processes to drive partner outcomes.

Manage post-sale commercial relationships for a global SaaS customer base, driving net revenue retention through add-on adoption and upsells. Execute high-volume outbound outreach, manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, lead discovery calls and demos, structure deals and renewals, and collaborate cross-functionally to inform product and GTM strategy.

Manage and grow revenue from existing Hostaway customers by selling add-ons (e.g., Dynamic Pricing, Smart Locks, QuickBooks Online). Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, run demos, qualify opportunities, handle objections, negotiate and close deals. Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline, meet monthly/quarterly quotas, and partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities.

Lead design and delivery of a greenfield trust accounting backend: build secure, scalable, auditable financial services, enforce quality and observability, collaborate with product/finance/legal, and mentor engineers.

Provide L1 technical support for a B2B SaaS vacation rental platform via phone, chat, and email. Diagnose issues, troubleshoot integrations and configurations, document tickets, escalate complex bugs to Product/QA, contribute knowledge-base articles, assist with demos and customer training, and support Spanish- and English-speaking customers (French a plus).
