Coordinate financial activities across Yen Care Group and new ventures, oversee bookkeeping, payroll, billing, AR collections, cost allocations, legal expense tracking, lead projects for Yen Care Ventures, collaborate with management to improve client/caregiver satisfaction, troubleshoot for CEO, and maintain strict confidentiality.

Lead community outreach and referral partnerships across Philadelphia, develop and execute marketing plans and caregiver referral pipelines, support intake as needed, mentor team members, and collaborate with leadership to grow client referrals and community presence.
