Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity), HR documentation, and HR reporting. Support managers on appraisals, training needs, and maintain HR databases and policies to ensure a productive workplace.

Sell domestic and international travel packages, flights, hotels, and services; generate and qualify leads via calls and email; build and retain client relationships; coordinate with operations and marketing; meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer experience.
