Lead financial strategy and operations for a multi-entity retail and e-commerce business. Oversee accounting, consolidated reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, tax coordination, internal controls, ERP systems, and retail-specific financial analysis (inventory, margins, seasonal sales).
