Prospect and engage CFOs/COOs/HR, manage full sales cycle from outreach to close, maintain CRM and pipeline, hit revenue targets, and collaborate with SDRs and cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Serve as primary benefits contact for clients, manage renewals, enrollments, employee inquiries, and benefits implementations; host info sessions, troubleshoot carrier issues, maintain documentation, meet SLAs, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth go-lives.
