Responsibilities

  • Use a variety of research methods, including data analytics and feedback loops, to deeply understand and elicit non-obvious customer needs. Synthesize this data to define key problems, drive strategic direction, and uncover impactful opportunities.

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that balances customer needs, market trends, and strategic company goals. Collaborate with leadership to align priorities across multiple product domains and communicate the vision to key stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that bring clarity to user needs, success metrics, key milestones, and integration points. Ensure cross-functional alignment and a shared understanding of priorities.

  • Identify and prioritize key features based on customer impact, market needs, and strategic alignment.

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of feature development, from ideation and design to launch and iteration. Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases that drive tangible user outcomes.

  • Collaborate effectively across diverse teams, including developers, UX designers, other product managers, and marketing. Use strong communication and leadership skills to foster innovation, resolve conflicts, and create a culture of collaboration.

  • Define integration requirements and oversee design specifications, testing plans, and validation processes to ensure high-quality feature delivery.

  • Continuously evaluate the product for areas of friction, gaps, and potential enhancements using data-driven insights, user feedback, and market trends. Proactively propose innovative solutions to maintain product excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end product management.

  • Product experience in building and launching highly scalable and reliable services is a plus.

  • Comfortable getting into deep technical discussions with engineers about the pros and cons of different approaches.

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management & organizational skills

  • Customer-centricity - you have examples from your past of tough product issues that you persevered through to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas, such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing.

  • Understanding of go-to-market commerce enablers (e. g. payments, subscriptions, etc. ).

Skills Required
