Manage and grow HORECA outlet accounts by developing new business, conducting needs assessments, negotiating and closing deals, handling complaints, collaborating with internal teams, and gathering customer feedback to meet sales targets.

Perform data entry and compile information, generate reports, manage documentation and filing, handle phone enquiries, support cross-department projects, prepare proposals and presentations, conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support, and assist with ad-hoc tasks.

Manage preventive maintenance, workshop staff, inventory, lab testing, steam plant and wastewater operations, environmental and safety requirements. Supervise teams, report performance, and lead continuous improvement.

Manage product portfolio, process and monitor purchase orders, plan stock and replenishment, coordinate with suppliers and branches to ensure timely deliveries, monitor and optimize inventory levels, and analyze sell-out versus replenishment to meet inventory KPIs and support promotions.

Develop and grow assigned retail outlets for Yee Lee Products by executing sales and marketing initiatives, managing promotions and budgets, maximizing account P&L, coordinating promotion execution with branches, leading merchandisers, and ensuring strong brand representation and receivables management.

Produce and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts; follow brand guidelines and trends; assist with content planning and ideation; collaborate with the team and accept feedback while meeting deadlines.

Manage weekly stock ordering and inbound processing, coordinate suppliers and warehouse POs, oversee deliveries and logistics, maintain purchasing master file and SKU pricing, analyze top-selling SKUs to optimize inventory, handle goods returns and supplier relations, and support promotions and product lifecycle decisions.
