Job Requirements:

1. Minimum qualification of SPM. Fresh graduates with any Diploma are welcome to apply.

2. Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

3. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, supply, demand, and forecasting data.

4. No work experience required, but prior knowledge in ordering/planning or purchasing is an advantage.

5. Ability to work independently and in a team, with minimal supervision.

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Job Scope:

1. Manage product portfolio and order replenishment between suppliers, factories, principals, and branches to meet inventory control objectives.

2. Handle market and stock planning to ensure accurate delivery and timely replenishment of orders.

3. Oversee daily branch orders and manage the purchase order process.

4. Collaborate with external parties to ensure on-time deliveries and confirm lead times.

5. Monitor inventory levels and optimize them to align with inventory control objectives and support promotional activities.

6. Analyze sell-out vs replenishment data to optimize inventory holding within established KPIs and provide ongoing support to internal and external parties.
