Oversee execution of a U.S. Navy NAVWAR Product Support Facility contract, including tasking, budgeting, status reporting, contract deliverables, CDRLs, program reviews, performance metrics, and government stakeholder coordination. Serve as the contractor’s primary point of contact with Navy logistics personnel, the Contracting Officer, and COR. The role requires program management experience, contract oversight capabilities, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for a Secret clearance.

Manages planning, execution, and control of a Government Product Support Facility, including supply support, inventory management, material packaging, handling, shipping, asset tracking, installations, de-installations, and related network and software development. Coordinates operations while supporting Navy and shipyard access requirements.

Implement and maintain CMMC Level 2 (NIST SP 800-171) security controls, manage SSP and POA&M, conduct risk and vulnerability assessments, support assessments and SPRS scoring, enforce policy and patch compliance, support incident response, oversee cybersecurity analysts, and coordinate vendor/DFARS flow-down and remediation activities.
