This position is a “Contingent Hire” position, contingent upon a potential award of a new U.S. Navy contract to QED Systems.
Salary Range: $85,000/year - $100,000/year
Job Description: The Metrics and Data Analyst shall develop metrics for Maintenance Training efforts including, but not limited to schedule execution, student critique response analysis and trending, training impact, and return on investment. The Metrics and Data Analyst must identify and provide recommendations for class schedule adjustment, course curriculum adjustment, and process improvements and provide presentations to support program reviews and staff knowledge support.
Job Requirements/skill sets: The Metrics and Data Analyst must have five (5) years’ experience in data analysis supporting complex projects and database design. The Metrics and Data Analyst must also have experience in integrating and analyzing survey responses to develop trends and summary reports and proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office products, including Access, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Computer Science is desired.
Certification Requirements: Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certification
Security Clearance/Naval Facility Access: U.S. citizenship required. Must be able to meet and maintain eligibility for U.S. Secret Clearance and be able to access U.S. Navy ships, military facilities, naval shipyards, and private shipyards.
