Serve as the primary customer-facing quality engineer for an automotive OE account: monitor quality KPIs, lead escalations, ensure APQP/PPAP compliance, drive corrective actions, and represent customer requirements in development projects.

Manage global customer and change projects from nomination through industrialization. Lead cross-functional teams across locations, create and control project timelines, handle resource and budget planning, report status, collaborate with Key Account Manager on technical/commercial changes, and plan customer events to achieve project objectives and team performance.

Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW/4HANA data models and HANA calculation views. Build/optimize transformations using AMDP and ABAP, manage data lifecycle, develop ODP/CDS extractors, implement BW authorization, ensure high-performance operation, testing, and documentation.

Lead procurement for customer projects: source components, manage suppliers and purchase orders, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track procurement status and approvals (PPAP/PPF), prepare reports, drive escalations and continuous improvement to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
