Your responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for global customer and change management project from nomination through to successful industrialization at our production sites.

  • Leadership of a cross-functional team across multiple locations to meet maturity level requirements and achieve project objectives.

  • Creation of a project timeline, as well as monitoring and controlling the project in alignment with internal and external milestones based on the product development process.

  • Resource and budget planning, including regular reviews of budgets and overall project profitability, with action tracking to ensure compliance.

  • Reporting project status to internal stakeholders and close collaboration with the Key Account Manager on technical and commercial changes.

  • Establishment of a motivating, collaborative, and efficient working environment to enhance team performance.

  • Planning of customer-specific events in collaboration with suppliers, the plant, and the project team.

Your profile:
  • Successfully completed degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a comparable qualification.

  • Several years of experience in project management and/or initial experience in functional team leadership.

  • Knowledge of the automotive supplier industry and the ability to familiarize oneself with technical aspects of automotive chassis systems.

  • Independent, dynamic, and goal-oriented working style in a highly dynamic environment.

  • Strong persuasive skills driven by enthusiasm when interacting with customers and project teams, excellent presentation skills, solid conflict management abilities, and open communication.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Proficiency in German is a strong plus, but not mandatory.

Skills Required

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Natural Sciences, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in project management or initial functional team leadership

  • Experience with resource and budget planning and monitoring project profitability
  • Strong presentation, persuasive, conflict management, and open communication skills
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
