Customer Quality Engineer

Your profile:

• You completed a university degree with focus on mechanical engineering or business engineering with an technical focus or a comparable technical graduation.

• You have broad knowledge and many years of experiences in advance quality planning for development projects as well as in quality assurance, SPC and production processes for series production in the automotive OE industry.

• You have verifiable execution experiences with quality methods as FMEA, control plan, SPC, MSA, PCA etc. and quality tools like CAQ-SW, preferred BabtecCAQ, SAP-QM and analysis tools as QS-Stat.

• You have proven records of project work in automotive OE customer development projects and self-dependent, well-structured work execution.

• You work experienced with all standard computer software as all kind of MS-office applications and with affinity for digitalization of work.

• You communicate very well, verbally and in writing, in English, some skills in German may ease collaboration additionally.

Your tasks:

• You, as an experienced Customer Quality Engineer (CQE), are the central „one face to the customer“ contact for all quality and customer satisfaction related topics for one of our automotive OE customers.

• You are regularly, proactively in connected with your contacts for quality topics at the OE customer.

• You regularly report the quality performance and customer satisfaction KPIs from customers view and you ensure execution of effective improvement measures.

• Your lead activities in case of serious or long-lasting claims by or dissatisfaction of our customer to assure de-escalation on short notice.

• You make sure in customer development projects, that all relevant requirements are considered and you represent the customers view for all project work.

• You ensure successful PPAPs for development projects by APQP in project scheduling and tracking.

• You control and report ongoingly the maturity of products, production process, and project work during the development. In case of deviations, you request early corrections respectively you ensure early escalation.
