Plan and execute photography and video shoots across the network, capture and edit short- and long-form content, obtain permits and access, maintain the content library and metadata, manage production equipment, and coordinate with copywriters, designers and events teams while ensuring security and usage-rights compliance.

Create and edit copy across channels (social, digital, web, app, email, push), corporate collateral, passenger-facing notices and press releases. Translate/adapt between English and Bahasa Malaysia. Maintain tone-of-voice, style guide and terminology glossary. Proofread and fact-check content, verify claims against internal sources, prepare government-facing material, and manage boilerplate language. Support stakeholder communications and other duties as assigned.

Execute event plans and run-of-show documents; coordinate on-site suppliers (AV, catering, production, transport); manage guest registration, seating and reception; prepare and proof event collateral; arrange logistics for principals and out-of-station guests; conduct venue reconnaissance and rehearsals; handle airside access and permits for airport events; maintain event assets and compile post-event documentation and cost reconciliations. Supports Lead, Events and follows delegated authority limits.
