Lead delivery of SAP HR and Payroll solutions across multi-country environments, ensure payroll compliance, configure systems, engage stakeholders, and provide project leadership. Collaborate with international teams; occasional travel to other sites.

Own the global commercial relationship with a major OEM: define and execute account strategy, standardize contracts/pricing/governance, act as escalation point, maintain account playbooks and roadmaps, lead global sales planning and forecasting, and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive growth and consistent execution.

Lead serial life projects for hybrid powertrain systems, driving quality improvements and cost reductions. Manage QCDP milestones, produce monthly quality and financial reports, define a 3-year cost-reduction roadmap, oversee design/validation/industrialization of hardware, software and calibration, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet efficiency, emissions, drivability and NVH goals.

Lead and manage new powertrain development projects, support engineering in customer engagements, produce QCT quotations, report project status to Global Director and CTO, and supervise multiple Project Leaders to drive cross-functional alignment and delivery.

Support the Chief Strategy Officer and VP of M&A with partner mapping, market and competitive research, synergy assessment, and preparation of executive presentations and one-pagers for M&A and partnership activities.

Lead manufacturing controlling across multiple plants: deploy budgeting/forecast frameworks, monitor costs and KPIs, deliver cost analysis, ensure internal controls, partner with manufacturing leaders, and develop plant controlling teams.

Lead SAP data migration activities across PP, MM and SD modules for S/4HANA implementations. Define and deliver data management strategy, map S/4HANA data models, use SAP Data Services and Migration Cockpit, engage senior stakeholders, and align migration with automotive business needs.

Lead US FP&A and financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, metric reporting, and business partnering. Provide insights on cost efficiency, SG&A, and margins. Build U.S. finance processes and team structure, coordinate month-end/year-end close, support audits and statutory reporting, ensure U.S. GAAP, SOX, and tax compliance, and drive financial systems integration (SAP, OneStream) and global finance transformation.

Lead and support engineering engagement with new customers, deliver QCT quotations, and drive new powertrain project development. Report status to Global Director and CTO, manage multiple Project Leaders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure project delivery across Horse Powertrain sites. Occasional travel to other sites required.

Lead design, build, test and deploy SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling solutions; act as SME and liaison between business, system integrator and IT; run Fit-to-Standard workshops, configuration, WRICEF validation, data migration, interfaces, testing, cutover, go-live and stabilization; support post-go-live operations and continuous improvement.
