Provide front-desk and administrative support, manage calendars, travel, events, supplies, records, and financial tasks (expense reports, invoices, purchasing). Lead development, deployment, and support of enrollment-related applications. Perform coding, debugging, testing, integration, troubleshooting, documentation, and lifecycle management. Advise stakeholders on systems, networks, security, and data standards. Mentor staff and collaborate with teams and vendors to improve performance and maintain enterprise services, with a focus on Financial Aid systems.

Develop and execute communications, marketing, and social media strategies for the Office of the Provost. Create and manage digital and print content, coordinate graphic design and printing, support media relations and PR campaigns, produce presentations, track marketing metrics, and provide strategic consultation to academic leadership and stakeholders.

Perform benchtop experiments and support development of two-dimensional polymer films; optimize formulations, coating and drying processes; commission and operate roll-to-roll coating equipment; document results, prepare reports and proposals; interface with sponsors; support senior researchers and train students in a growing 2DP facility.

Manage post-award administration for externally sponsored programs: negotiate and accept grant and contract terms, create grant accounts, enter and maintain award data, prepare sponsor reports, coordinate project meetings, and provide training to faculty and staff. Ensure compliance with sponsor rules, state and federal regulations, and institutional policies while handling confidential award documentation and responding to stakeholder inquiries.
